In compliance with the UK Consumer Rights Act, Afrimyst Chocolate ensures customer satisfaction by offering the following return and refund policy:
Replacement of Damaged or Missing Bars:
All products that are damaged or have missing bars will be replaced within five business days of purchase when bought directly from the Afrimyst store website.
Any damaged product must be returned by mail to Afrimyst. Once we receive the returned item, we will replace the product at no additional cost to the customer.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed once we have received the defective item.
Please allow up to seven business days for the refund to be completed after we have received the defective item.
